- Jon James has a million hobbies and writing is one of them. Accordingly, he doesn't spend long in one particular genre, or even form. He likes weird stuff, which you will probably quickly figure out if you read anything he has written. He has a spouse and two kids. Jon James studied English Literature at Michigan State University and currently traffics his time to an insurance company as a Technical Writer, though he tries not to let that rub off on his other work.
